Samuel McIntosh is the founder and Principal Engineer at CivTech Consulting. He has over 35 years of work experience across the US and Caribbean. He has provided consulting and project management services for government and corporate clients in land development, water and sewer systems, stormwater and flood mitigation, and erosion control.

Grafton Rodriguez is a Senior Project Engineer at CivTech Consulting. He has over 38 years of design and project management experience in the areas of structural engineering and infrastructure design. His experience also extends to water, sewer, and, storm water systems. Grafton has a wide experience having worked extensively in the Caribbean and the United States.

Patrick Reese leads the Kingston, Jamaica operations as the Operations Manager. With over 35 years of design and project management experience, he is strongly competent in the areas of infrastructure design, utilities, structural engineering , and transportation engineering.

Lelti Abrha is a Senior Project Engineer at CivTech Consulting, providing design in land development and infrastructure projects. She has a strong background in flood mitigation and stormwater management. Lelti has over 10 years of experience working on projects in the metro Atlanta area.
